Refund & Cancellation Policy

The website provides you the ability to pay online through a third-party payment gateway for some of the Services available on the Website. If you choose to pay online, you may be directed to a third-party payment gateway to enable processing of the payment. This transaction will be governed by the terms and conditions and privacy policy of the third-party payment gateway. Wellness and Nutrition coach ila Pulekar shall not be liable if any transaction does not fructify or may not be completed or for any failure on part of the bank or the credit card or the third-party site or agency to perform any of its obligations or in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly arising out of the decline or acceptance of authorization for any transaction, for any reason whatsoever.

Payments:

You agree to make full payment at the start of the one time program and in case of subscriptions, follow the subscription model.

    Cancellation and Refund Policy:

    At the time of cancellation as per below policy, the amount will be refunded via the same source of payment and will be subject to the payment terms of the source only. The cancellation and refund policy are only applicable to all online payments made through the website for subscribing to memberships or buying various programs/ products including appointments/ sessions available on the website.

  • Upgrades: A program once enrolled in, can only be upgraded anytime. Downgrades are allowed.

  • Transfers Membership: If, for a medical or other emergent reason, you are not able to continue the program, you can transfer it to a friend or a family member for the remaining duration. No multiple transfers. The responsibility of initiating transfer by emailing us at [email protected] is yours.

  • Breaks: You can put your program on hold at any time and continue later at any time, provided you notify us prior to your scheduled appointments.

  • Missed appointments: If you miss your appointment and do not notify us, it is your responsibility to reach out to us and reschedule your next appointment.

  • Refund Membership: Once paid, the membership cannot be refunded, it can only be cancelled. The debited amount will not be refunded and you will have access till the end of the current billing cycle.

  • Cancel Membership: You can cancel the subscription anytime and it will be terminated for the end of your current billing cycle. 

  • Refund : One time programs & courses, appointments/ sessions anything purchased from us, cannot be refunded under any conditions. Products cannot be refunded.

  • Refunds: Once you have paid for a program/ membership, then this refund policy applies.
